6. Children's Privacy

IMPORTANT: Maple Brothers Co. does not collect personal information from children under 13.

Our Kids Clubhouse page is for entertainment only. No data is collected from visitors to that page.


Maple Brothers Co. operates a Kids Clubhouse section on our website that provides entertainment content for children, including games and activity ideas. This section is designed for children to enjoy with parental supervision.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13 through any part of our Site, including the Kids Clubhouse. The Kids Clubhouse does not contain any forms, photo upload features, or mechanisms for collecting personal information from children.

Standard analytics and cookies that operate site-wide (see Section 5) may technically collect non-personally-identifiable browsing data from all visitors including children. We have configured our analytics tools to anonymize IP addresses and limit data collection to the minimum necessary for site operation.

  • Subscription data: retained in Recharge for the duration of your subscription plus 2 years.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention schedule.

  • Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — we will automatically honor this signal.

Once you opt out, we will stop sharing your personal information with advertising platforms for targeted advertising purposes. Note that opting out does not affect data sharing with service providers necessary to operate our Site and fulfil your orders.
