Refund & Returns Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction — and the limits of food safety.

SUMMARY: For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. However, we will always make it right if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.


Our Policy

Maple Brothers Co. takes great pride in the quality of our products. For food safety and tamper-evidence reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened, partially consumed, or previously used products under any circumstances. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned under the conditions described below.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preference, change of mind, or ordering errors made by the customer. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


When We Will Make It Right

We will issue a full refund or replacement (at your choice) in the following circumstances:

  • Your order arrives damaged or broken in transit

  • Your order arrives with a product defect (e.g., packaging failure, seal breach)

  • You receive the wrong product(s) from what you ordered

  • Your order does not arrive within 30 days of your order confirmation date (domestic orders)

  • A product is recalled or subject to a safety notice


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or replacement request, please contact us within 30 days of your delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages):

We will respond to all refund and replacement requests within 3 business days.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

We reserve the right to issue store credit in lieu of a monetary refund in certain circumstances, which will be communicated to you at the time of resolution.


Cancellations

International Orders

For international orders, we are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Refunds for international orders will be for the product cost only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Gift Orders

If you received a Maple Brothers product as a gift and it arrived damaged or defective, please contact us with the gift recipient's name and shipping address, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that cannot be excluded or modified by contract.
