Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we get our snacks to your door.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $55 to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

International shipping is available to select countries. Rates calculated at checkout.

Processing time: 1-3 business days before dispatch.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods (holidays, promotions, new product launches), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days. We will communicate any significant delays via email.


Domestic Shipping — Contiguous United States (Lower 48 States)

Free Shipping Threshold: Orders totaling $55.00 USD or more (after discounts, before tax) qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from the free shipping offer.

Standard Shipping: Orders under $55 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Estimated delivery times for domestic orders (from dispatch):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout for additional cost)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier delays, weather events, and other circumstances beyond our control.


Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories. These destinations do not qualify for our free shipping offer. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout and will vary based on location and selected shipping method.


International Shipping

Maple Brothers Co. ships internationally to select countries. Available destinations and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination country, package weight, and dimensions.

Important information for international orders:

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Estimated delivery time for international shipments is 7-21 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or inspections.

  • Some countries may have restrictions on the import of food products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that Maple Brothers products can legally be imported into their country before placing an order.

  • International orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting us at info@themaplebrothers.com with your order number.


Undeliverable Packages and Address Errors

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Maple Brothers Co. is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from any refund issued for undeliverable packages.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management for mis-delivered parcels.

  • Check all delivery access points at your address.

  • Wait 2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early.

  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to file a missing package report.

  • If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at info@themaplebrothers.com within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.

Maple Brothers Co. is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Replacement or refund for stolen packages is at our sole discretion.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us at info@themaplebrothers.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Shipping Carriers

Maple Brothers Co. ships via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other reputable carriers. The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location, order size, and shipping method chosen at checkout. We reserve the right to use any carrier at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.


Perishability Notice

Our products are non-perishable shelf-stable snacks. However, we recommend storing all products in a cool, dry place upon receipt and consuming before the best-by date printed on the packaging. We are not responsible for quality degradation caused by improper storage after delivery.
