4 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups Cheddar Popcorn + Butter & Maple Popcorn, lightly crushed
Thin apple slices (optional but awesome)
A tiny drizzle of maple syrup (optional secret weapon)
- Sprinkle cheese on half a tortilla.
- Add crushed popcorn (and apples if you like).
- Add a little more cheese + 1-2 drops of maple syrup.
- Fold in half. Repeat.
- Cook 2-3 min per side until golden and melty.
- Cool 1 min and slice into triangles.
