Maple Chocolate Pancake Trifles

Layers of mini pancakes, fruit, and cream — like dessert in a glass.

1 cup Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix

½ cup milk (or plant-based milk)

1 egg (or 2 tbsp oil for vegan)

1 tablespoon maple syrup

½ cup Greek yogurt or whipped cream (for layering)

1 cup fresh berries

2 tablespoons maple syrup (for drizzling)

In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, egg, and maple syrup until smooth.
Cook silver-dollar pancakes (about 2 inches) on a greased skillet, 1–2 minutes per side.
Makes about 12.
In 4 clear glasses, layer: pancake → yogurt/cream → berries. Repeat until full.
Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
