1 cup Maple Brothers Oat & Maple Pancake Mix
¾ cup milk (or water)
1 egg
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
¼ cup maple syrup (for dipping)
- In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, egg, maple syrup, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
- Pour batter into long, thin strips (about 4–5 inches).
- Cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve warm with maple syrup for dipping.
