Chocolate Chip Pancake Muffins
1 ½ cups Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix
¾ cup water (or milk)
1 egg
2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a muffin tin.
  • Mix pancake mix, milk, egg, and syrup in a bowl until smooth.
  • Pour batter into muffin cups, filling ¾ full.
  • Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool slightly before serving.
