Granola Energy Bites

The base is our Coconut & Maple Granola, which gives each bite a chewy texture with just enough crunch. Combined with nut butter for protein and healthy fats, a drizzle of maple syrup to hold it all together, and optional dark chocolate chips for the kids who need a little convincing — these come together in about 15 minutes flat.
