Mini Pancake Skewers

A fun breakfast-on-a-stick!

1 cup Oat & Maple Pancake Mix

¾ cup water (or milk)

1 tablespoon maple syrup

6–8 strawberries, sliced

1 banana, sliced

¼ cup maple syrup (for dipping)

4–6 skewers

Mix pancake mix, water, and syrup in a bowl until smooth.
Cook tablespoon-sized pancakes (2 inches wide) on a greased skillet. Makes 12–16.
Thread pancakes, strawberries, and bananas onto skewers.
Serve with maple syrup for dipping.

Banana plants regrow every year — they sprout new shoots from the same root system.
