Rocky Road Popcorn Clusters

Crunchy, gooey, chocolatey little mountains!

1 bag (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vegetable oil
4 cups Butter & Maple popcorn
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • Melt chocolate + oil in microwave (about 1 min.)
  • Mix popcorn, marshmallows, and walnuts in a big bowl.
  • Pour chocolate over and toss to coat.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper.
  • Chill 2 hours or overnight until firm.
